Seriously! I have four beautiful nesting boxes for the girls to deposit their eggs in, but Marjorie #1 chicken has decided the stack of straw is the best place to lay! This has stirred up some interest from #2 & 3 ! The straw stack has now become a throne of sorts and the chickens line up to get in it! I saw two hens in there this morning and a third looking for a way to squeeze in there with them! Yesterday there were seven eggs in that straw stack, BUT....one egg in a beautiful nesting box! Looks like I've got me a breakaway hen!
